Esteem Medspa's Medical Director: Dr. Daniel Greenwald, MD
Tampa's Plastic Surgeon, Dr. Greenwald Brings Decades of Experience and Insight to our Patients
Named one of America's Top Surgeons by the Consumer Research Council in 2009, Tampa plastic surgeon Dr. Daniel Greenwald is one of the premier plastic surgery providers on the Gulf Coast. He's performed thousands of successful cosmetic and reconstructive surgeries on patients in the region since 1993, earning a national reputation as an industry expert. Dr. Greenwald is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, including Cosmetic Surgery of the Face, Head and Neck, Trunk, and Extremities. He also holds a Certificate of Added Qualification in Hand Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He's earned many accolades for his work. In 2009 alone he was named one of the Best Doctors in Tampa Bay, one of the Best Doctors in America, and as mentioned above, one of America's Top Surgeons.
Before beginning his career as a plastic surgeon in Tampa, Dr. Greenwald was educated and trained at some of America's top universities. In 1981 he graduated cum laude from Princeton University, and four years later he received his MD from Yale. He completed his general surgery residency in New York, and followed that with formal plastic surgery training at the University of Chicago on a Research Scholarship Award from the Plastic Surgery Education Foundation -- the first ever given. Dr. Greenwald then pursued several fellowships, including one in hand/micro-vascular surgery at Harvard University. He also taught plastic surgery as a faculty member at Harvard Medical School.
Currently, Dr. Greenwald holds an associate professorship as the University of South Florida, in the division of Biomedical Engineering. He has received nearly $300,000 in research grants, has published more than 30 peer-reviewed journal articles, and lectures internationally on plastic surgery and related topics. He is a member of the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and many other scientific and medical societies. Dr. Greenwald has held appointments at the National Institutes of Health and the Walter Reed Army Medical Center.

Ellen Brindley
Medical Coordinator/Physician Assistant
Ellen Fortier Brindley, PA-C graduated with honors from Nova Southeastern University in June of 1996, and a year later relocated to Tampa. She then spent the next nine years working in Family Practice, providing primary care services to the S. Tampa as well as St. Petersburg populations. In 2006 she entered into the Aesthetics Field and was hired by Radiance Medspa of Belleair Bluffs. She received extensive training in Botox Injections, Dermal Fillers and various Laser therapies. With the recent corporate alignment between Esteem Medspa and Radiance Medspa, she was offered the opportunity to relocate her efforts to South Tampa, and the Esteem Medspa Team was happy to bring her on board.
From the start of her aesthetics career, Ellen has distinguished herself as a highly skilled professional with an artistic eye. She truly enjoys helping her clients turn back time, giving them a more relaxed and renewed appearance. Louise Short
Licensed Medical Aesthetician
Louise began her career in England by achieving the prestigious 
CIDESCO diploma, an internationally recognized degree in the Esthetics field. She opened her own business in England which led to an opportunity in the Middle East where she pioneered a Spa for the Diplomatic Community in Amman, Jordan. She worked and traveled extensively with her husband, a US military officer. Her work experience included Spas in Washington DC; Pinehurst, NC; and Georgia. In Tampa, Louise managed the Esthetics department at Spa Malia, worked for a local plastic surgeon, and directed the Spa Department at Marcelina, a private women's club. More recently she was employed at the Red Door Spa at Saks Fifth Avenue. She then invested her knowledge and training into Esthetics students at a local training school. Louise brings her thirty years of experience to direct Esteem Medspa and she has the vision to establish and maintain Esteem Medspa as the foremost location for luxurious yet highly technical cutting edge treatments. She plans to take this most beautiful spa to the next level by customizing every clients beauty and wellness needs until the desired results are attained. She is also a Patient Care Coordinator for Dr. Thomas Su for Vaser and LipoSculpting. Rebecca Russo
Licensed Medical Aesthetician
After 15 years in retail management in New 
York State, Rebecca decided not only to change climates but careers as well to pursue her passion for cosmetic skin care. She attended Elite Academy of Skin Care in Dunedin, Florida and continued her education by completing the Advanced Clinical certification course. The pursuit of this field stemmed from her passion of the anti-aging movement. As a spa professional, Rebecca creates an ambiance of nurturing and relaxation while utilizing her technical expertise in her customized treatments. She is our Patient Coordinator for Vaser and LipoSculpture for Dr. Thomas Su and additionally she is trainied abd certified in Velashape® Cellulite Reduction, Microdermabrasion, chemical peels, and medical facials. She also has extensive knowledge of medical grade product lines including Obagi® and Skin Medica®, giving her the ability to recommend the appropriate at-home skin care regiments for optimal results. Rebecca currently resides in Palm Harbor with her family. At Esteem Medspa, Rebecca will be doing thorough consultations to discuss the best avenue of treatments for each individual in order to achieve the healthiest skin possible. This consultation will also include giving her expertise and advice on the proper products for each skin type for maximum results and efficacy. Consultations will be given on Medical Microdermabrasion, Medical Grade Chemical Peels, DNA Stem Cell Treatments, applications of mineral make-up, as well as fully knowledgeable in many advanced physician-based skin care lines.
